The three toys then made their way to Sunnyside, and Lotso ended up taking over. Lotso lied to Chuckles and Big Baby by saying all three of them have been replaced. They traveled back to her home, but she had already replaced Lotso with a new Lots-O'-Huggin' Bear. A clown named Chuckles was owned by Lotso's previous owner too, and he tells Woody the story of how he, Lotso, and Big Baby were lost by their original owner. Lotso doesn't want the older kids playing with the new toys, so he's determined to keep them trapped with the toddlers.Īndy learns the truth about Lotso while at Bonnie's house. He also puts Buzz Lightyear in demo mode, erases his memory, and makes him a loyal soldier. Buzz Lightyear requests a move to a different classroom, but Lotso refuses. The toddlers are little monsters who don't properly play with the toys, making a mess and throwing the toys around. At Sunnyside, the stuffed Lots-O'-Huggin' Bear (who goes by Lotso) assigns them to the classroom designated for toddlers. Woody leaves them behind, but he gets taken by a girl named Bonnie before he can get back home. ![]() They don't believe Andy wants them anymore, so they would rather stay in Sunnyside and be played with again. It's been years since he's played with his toys, and his mom has instructed him to put his toys in the attic or in the trash. In this third entry into the franchise, Andy is about to head off to college. Toy Story 3 pulls at the heartstrings while also delivering a comedic and adventurous tale. There are other Disney Pixar movies I like better (I honestly would rather have seen Coco here in this Top 20), but I still like the film. However, I just finished watching the film again (I think for the third time overall), and I was reminded by how great of a film it is. Of course the film is worthy of all the love it gets, but the ending is very bittersweet. Toy Story 3 isn't a movie I watch over and over again. So, why would I ruin Toy Story 3's chances of winning the game when I like this film better than nearly every other film here? However, I realized that would be pointless since Toy Story 3 has a much better chance at winning this rankdown than Your Name. a better chance at being the highest ranking animated film here. Even though ranking Toy Story 3 highly seems like an obvious choice since I'm a fan of Disney movies, I contemplated ranking Toy Story 3 lower to give Your Name. ![]()
